was developed at the Moscow State University and is actively used in
countries NEERC and Ukraine for Programming Contests at various levels.
OpenCup (http://acm.math.spbu.ru/~snark/) is the most famous International
Competition, which is conducted using E-Judge system.
The remote server located in
Sumy State University. During the competition in the E-Judge system
was no breakdowns. Current status of all teams from all Regions had
been displaying during the Contests in a common scoreboard, indicating
the Region of each team (http://olymp.sumdu.edu.ua/standings.php). It was done to inform each participant
of the each Regional Contest about teams’ standing in different Regions.
Since the teams of Eastern Region began their Contest with a delay of
10 minutes, this time they were added for them at the end of the Contest.
The final results were summed up separately for each of the four Regions According
to rules of All-Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest (http://pc-ua.com.ua/page705.html).
Teams were suggested to solve 10 problems (see attached file “Problems”),
the results of solutions are given in Table 1. There were no appeals
concerning the conditions or test objectives from the teams during the
Contests and after their completion.
